Working It Out is Tasmania's sexuality, gender and intersex support and advocacy service, providing support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and gender diverse, intersex, queer and asexual Tasmanians and education and capacity building for schools, workplaces, government and non-government organisations.
Working It Out
Working It Out (WIO) approached us to undertake an identity re-fresh to better represent the diverse groups that they support, whilst ensuring connectivity with the long legacy they have in the Tasmanian community.
An updated brandmark was created, using colour and scale to represent the diverse LGBTQIA+ community, establishing a clear visual link and continuity of the original identity. Circular motifs are featured throughout the updated identity, expressing the sense of community, the ongoing journey of self-discovery and the process of educating and learning that WIO fosters.
